The device on the "Unite" seal is certainly on the coloured Badge, but not in the same relief. I suppose it is near enough.

In reply to your Circular Despatch of 28th September, I have the honour to transmit herewith the enclosed Reports from the various Departments of this Government in which seals are used. The Reports seem to furnish all the information that is desired by the Royal Mint, and I have nothing to add that would be useful to that Department in the preparation of Colonial Seals and Devices.
